Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Protogenies collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Information we collect

We collect the details you submit through our contact form — name, company, email, phone, service interest, budget range and project description — together with standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services and improve our website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients, and contractual necessity once an engagement begins.

Data retention

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by contract or law, then securely deleted.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and access to client environments is governed by named accounts, MFA and audit logging.

Sub-processors

We use reputable cloud and communication providers to operate our business. Each is bound by data processing agreements consistent with this policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing at any time by emailing info@protogenies.com.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function and anonymous analytics to understand aggregate usage. No advertising trackers are used.
